At some point in time, I will go back to earn my doctorate. When I was studying for my masters degree, I had the a huge amount of support from my family and from my employer. My employer was very flexible and I will never forget that. In terms of juggling personal life; my recommendation is to use your lunch break as library time (if you can) – study hours. Also, I used to utilize my college library and or Starbucks or Panera to study after work. Perhaps you finish your day at 6 o’clock - instead of going straight home, try to study/do homework at the library/Starbucks/Panera for an hour or two. Every little bit helps. But ultimately, it’s important to get full support from your family. Your family should always be your #1 priority.
