Entendez par pratiques durables des pratiques qui contribuent au bien être de vos parties prenantes, des pratiques respectueuses de l'environnement et des pratiques qui favorisent la pérennité de votre 'activité. Les réunions par visioconférence bien agencées évitent ou limitent les déplacements et donc réduisent les frais de transport et augmentent la productivité des collaborateurs. En effet, si nous avons 2 réunions dans la journée et que nous devons nous déplacer, nous perdons une à deux dans le transport. Pourtant si ces réunions se font par des calls nous économisons en temps, en énergie et en finance et nous aurons gagné 2 heures pour réfléchir sur d'autres sujets. Ainsi la collaboration virtuelle nous prédispose à l' innovation.
