Learn to fail. Seriously it's hard but it's true. When I started in the innovation and tip of the spear type work in the cloud failure was hard for me. In my past failure represented a flag-draped coffin, a letter home, & way too many tears. But I was looking from a backwards lens, my past, not our future. Not every experiment works, look at how many prototype light bulbs there were before that one lit up and stayed lit and safe.
