In my experience, once you understand your audience, it just gets easier from there. One thing to remember is that your TG changes, and evolves, and hence you have to stay on top of that all the time.

In my experience, one of the biggest challenges for businesses is to keep up with replying to comment or, worse still, answering consumers’ questions. It’s vital to ensure a member of the team addresses this. If there are various people replying, train them. And again. Ensure previous replies are checked and tone of voice is singular and constant. If you use humour in public posts, be careful using the same tone of voice on replies. Customer service reigns when replying, not being cool.
