People are busy. They don't want you running overtime but many can't afford to be rude and log off.

Not all audiences are equal. As a communications professional it is imperative to understand audience culture, their pain points, their values and ethics. Effective communication methods can only be developed once the understanding of what is appropriate and whats not is clear pertaining to a certain culture. A personal example of that, I recently changed my job and have been posted to a tier 3 city. The culture, the language, the ethics have changed pertaining to the internal as well as ext audience. With this I find myself going back to a bit traditional methods of communication. At the end of the day, its important to me that the message is delivered in a clear comprehensible manner using whatever technique needed.

A shared drive with the latest templates and phrasing. 2. Continued and updated "EASY TO READ" information that we can share. 3. Logos 4. Decisions that were made in last meeting summary. What not to do: have a barrage of emails from multiple people telling you what to do, but not how to do it. Stakeholders will inevitably receive the wrong voice. Put one person who is responsible for these communication in charge. New idea: have a company space that is immersive and an AI posted and ready with latest data, tone and voice 24/7 with a simple URL click.
