si la empresa maneja procedimientos de calidad solamente te adaptas al sistema y mejoras en cada proceso existente dentro tu línea de trabajo,pero si no la tuviera entonces aplicamos nuestro propio análisis junto a tu gente de tal manera que no diera lugar a alguna falla en el trabajo,al hacer partícipe de las soluciones a tu equipo ellos se sentiran mas importante y generarán proactividad en ellos,con eso nomas ya estamos trabajando en la mente de la gente,eso hace un líder primero trabajar en la mente de la gente antes de empezar a trabajar luego se aplicaría el ojo al guía porque ellos quieren ver que tu hagas primero,al verte ellos se sentirán empoderados y guardaran respeto hacia el líder,eso es crear valor dentro del equipo.

One thing I have found helpful is to understand the process well and have a strong basic understanding and knowledge of the work and develop yourself as a subject matter expert (SME). Como líder siempre seremos esa guía a seguir de modo que nuestros supervisados ven a su líder cumpliendo con todas las normas logrando así los objetivos propuestos por las empresas contribuyendo en seguridad, Medio ambiente, producción etc. Así también podemos exigir a nuestros supervisor el cumplimiento de estos siendo direccionados por nosotros sus líderes.

La comunicación es el éxito para todo. En mi experiencia ha servido mucho preguntar siempre la instrucción dada para así yo garantizar que la instrucción sea cumplida minimizando los errores de comunicación en mi entorno se conoce como parafraseo y esto permite corregir antes de iniciar la labor.

In this world of fast-paced technological advances, communication is key ??!! I advise my mentees to strengthen their communication skills (Reading, Speaking, Writing, Grammar) in English, especially in Canada, to be effective and efficient communicators. The same will hold in any other country.

Throughout my years of experience, progressing from a laborer to a supervisor managing multiple teams, I have observed that the majority of issues arise due to miscommunication or lack of clarity regarding tasks, errors, or problems. To address this, I strive to cultivate a work environment that encourages open dialogue, where every individual's input is valued, regardless of their level of experience.

Teamwork is paramount in the industry!! No man is an island!! If you have some innovative ideas ??, brainstorm with your team and collaborate with them to make it happen. Always communicate clearly and concisely with your team members and end with “do you agree or disagree”to know that you have been understood.

First step that I would do is to create an harmonious relationship to all. An atmosphere full of respect. Creating a true TEAM. That's the only time you can attain your progress and set all targets on time; not compromising Safety and Quality.

Adicionalmente es necesario saber que es lo que está generando ese problema en el sentido si proviene de un ente externo o interno a la organización o equipo, ya que podemos modelar, moderar, dirigir nuestro equipo a una mejora de conductas o conocimientos, pero es de mayor dificultad moderar los agentes externos. Apoyando la idea de que es mejor eliminar la causa raíz, aunque al principio requiera mayor esfuerzo o inversión de recursos, no es nada comparado con lo que con el paso del tiempo estas causas puedan evolucionar.

El mejor plan para resolver un problema es analizarlos y encontrar la causa raíz con esto garantizamos que los da?os no se vuelvan a presentar ó tener la medida preventiva antes de que falle para así mitigar el impacto en la producción y evitar que la calidad del proceso se vea impactada negativamente.

You must be able to delegate and talk through tasks to others with limited experience or knowledge of the job and keep calm if possible when the pressure is on to get a job done that's not planned ! And also give appreciation to others even if wasn't the best or smoothest outcome but it was safely done and completed without injury

Essentially taking initiative to get a team together & involved to make a decision on how a task will be completed within the experience of the team, the ability to listen to all and make the best decision for the outcome required. Having the ability to pivot when plans are not always proving to be successful & the ability to keep the team moving forward is a skill not a lot of leaders possess, having the ability to remain calm, focused & confident to work through adversity will be seen as a great leadership skill and help you progress your career. leaders are put into leadership roles because of their skills in their trade or area of expertise, but it’s the confidence, planning and ability to lead in hard situations that set you apart.
