La base de la résolution de problèmes , c'est de les avoir montrés à tous et non plus cachés. Ainsi, la nomination d'une équipe de résolution permet de travailler sur la résolution à plusieurs étages avec l'application du 8D . 3D pour la sécurisation définitive du client, 6D pour l'analyse des causes profondes , 8D pour la transversalisation. Les étapes 4/5/6 nécessitent la formation des équipes en outils d'analyse, ou/et la présence d'un référent méthodologie Aussi, une attitude pragmatique Kaizen est nécessaire, pour savoir réduire le big elephant en small fishes, et ainsi permettre de petits succès tout de suite !
