Hablando sobre equipos en general, incluidos los de RSC, en términos de abrazar la diversidad, uno de los retos más grandes tiene que ver con los sesgos y paradigmas inconscientes. Como ejemplos basados en prejuicios comunes, una persona del departamento de operaciones puede pensar que alguien de RSC tiene un perfil idealista e inocente. Por otro lado, la persona de RSC podría asumir que quien se encarga de la parte comercial poco se preocupa por temas de responsabilidad social. Para mí, sacar el elefante de la habitación realizando ejercicios que lleven al equipo a concientizar estos sesgos puede ser un gran ejercicio para aumentar la receptividad ante las aportaciones cruzadas entre áreas y mejorar la colaboración.
