El timing en la organización de un evento es vital. Porque nos marca los tiempos de cada parte del programa. Me gusta ser muy estratégica en este tema. Por ejemplo si se marca una hora para el almuerzo, si queremos que el cliente tenga todos los platos en su punto, crujientes.. Es necesario respetar la hora para que cocina los saque bien. Y si lo tenemos que retrasar un poco porque un speech se retrasa un poco, bien, pero avisemos con tiempo.
