Once had a client who was resistant to doing fun content and later we found out it was due to the lack of guarantee that it will work hence we reworked our proposal to include that guarantee and the “pass” for her to throw us under the bus if it fails and obviously we succeeded and ever since we had the “pass” to do fun content by citing our previous success ?? always know their why.

Cito um exemplo: para uma campanha de vendas do produto A, onde o objetivo é a venda de 10 unidades foi elaborada uma publica??o. Enquanto as vendas v?o aparecendo, deve-se informar ao time a quantidade de visualiza??es, cliques, comentários e curtidas, assim o time enxerga todo o processo e n?o apenas o número final.

Showing them the upside will only neutralise all the downside they already believe. So to win them over, go further and spam them with the benefits that they cannot deny. When the benefits embody the same values they subscribe to, it’s easier to get them on the same page. ????

Depending on the root cause of the resistance, the goals set for them would be tailored accordingly. If they are lost, some hand holding for a set period of time will work. If they’re demotivated or rebellious, setting them straight with a checklist of tasks to achieve specific goals coupled with why it is important to achieve them might help. Sometimes, people just want to be heard and to be seen.
