Bien, hoy que soy un profesional independiente recuerdo cuando aun no lo era, respecto a interrelación como subordinado en la comunicación y es que el tema en comento involucra la real ACTITUD de ser ASERTIVOS, cualidad que debemos cultivar, si no se pudo de base podemos hacerlo de formación; lo importante de la buena comunicación donde la Tolerancia impere eclipsando a la necedad. El ser asertivo implica criticar y aceptar las críticas de forma alturada, de ida y de vuelta es decir la retroalimentación honesta, transparente sin sentirse incomodo de decir un sí o un no cuando existan peticiones no razonables. Una persona Asertiva tiene su autoestima definida, se siente seguro(a) de si mismo(a) valorando a los demas conquistando el respeto.
