One thing I've found helpful is that you shouldn't allow anything to stand in the way of open dialogue. Get rid of any obstacles and obstructions that may come up to interfere with open dialogue. Sometimes circumstances may be deliberately created by ill- intentioned persons to obstruct open dialogue. Always be alert not to fall prey to such games.

Power Dynamics- Acknowledging this is wise, to get involved in this is a choice.The loop can get as vicious as it could be!! Rather than getting involved in power struggle we all should focus towards sustainability,consistency and compassion.With certain amount of power what can be attained somebody else can change the whole dynamics of the same by being more powerful.
