During an internship, we can effectively navigate and resolve problems by following these steps: Remain composed and focused: Conflicts can cause emotions to run high. Strive to maintain our composure and approach the matter rationally. Assemble information Make a note of the events, the parties involved, and any pertinent information. This will put the problem in greater perspective for us. Consider our Position: Think about anything we might have done to fuel the flames of war. We can gain understanding and improve the way we approach the resolution process by engaging in this self-reflection.
