Nos estamos acostumbrando a la utilización contínua de tecnicismos y acrónimos en distintos idiomas (entendiendo idiomas también como distintos niveles de madurez y de comprensión del problema) que se nos olvida que hay que centrarse en la búsqueda de la solución desde el consenso y la serenidad. Todo apremia y no es sencillo pero el papel del lider del equipo cobra un cariz especial en los equipos de trabajo.

Una vez identificados los riesgos, amenazas, ... es importante consensuar un Plan de Ciberseguridad con objetivos medibles, un dise?o correcto y donde todas las partes estén involucradas nos llevará a una implementación satisfactoria. Durante la implementación se deben llevar a cabo revisiones para que ésta se realice de forma eficiente y que nos lleve a alcanzar los objetivos consensuados inicialmente.

Dificilmente se alcanzarán todos los resultados en una primera iteración y el nivel de madurez irá aumentando con cada revisión y plan de mejora. Conflict resolution is a topic that is not specific to Cyber only. Leaders within an organization need to have this soft skill to deal with conflict resolution. However, when we talk about cyber, we have risk on the table to be discussed. It is very important for the cyber leader, commonly called CISO, to have a risk x business vision. I believe that in this way, the conflict has a solid basis for favorable decision-making.
