These is the practicable way to benefit from working with fellow business analysts. When you are buried into so much data and nuances of the analysis task at hand, a quick sounding board session with peer BAs do help. BAs may see a complex topic quite differently thus offering the opportunity for optimal insights that can enrich the output of collaborating tandem or team.

It is important to let people know why you are getting feedback. It could be for a performance review, to improve customer service, or self reflection. You could consider getting a mediator also to receive feedback. I have found providing feedback is an advanced skill
