Open communication is often misleading hence a project should define RACi chart to have a clear idea of what is expected by whom. Such charts ensure that no one is stepping on each other and everyone is following a structure. Giving this structure to communication channel often rewards the project with great success.

Sometime in order to achieve progress of a project, the team realises that some disciplines are unable to achieve the progress then other disciplines who have capacity to achieve more progress should step up and release more work to gain the overall planned progress. This def helps project in achieving the goal even though lacking disciplines have to do a recovery plan to gain the progress that they could not achieve as per plan . Hence having a float always help and increases the flexibility.

However it’s critical to look for opportunities to bring value improvement ideas on projects. The value improvement ideas must be tracked and quantified and based on the impact should’ve implemented. This not only create a long lasting impression in front of client but also makes organisations innovative and fast growing
