Em minha experiência profissional, realizar um feedback de maneira eficaz é um grande fator de sucesso para a equipe. Práticas e formas de realizar esse feedback devem ser bem elaboradas, e, ao meu ver, só ser?o bem sucedidas se realizadas de forma estruturada. Esse processo só será bem conduzido se a equipe estiver treinada em técnicas de dar e receber feedback bem como todos os membros da equipe estarem com maturidade elevada para poder receber e interpretar da maneira mas assertiva o feedback recebido, tanto dos pontos positivos como os deltas a serem aprimorados. #FeedbackCulture #AutomotiveEngineering #Innovation
