Any boss how want to run the company it mite be small or big first he or she should understand that how much I need to run the company size experience and operational goals to achieve with any problems for expanding the business and to handle challenges on time is a biggest challenge to keep atmosphere safe that is miss in every place to work and this no one will understand before starting it. Planning in every issue to address it better before can help it to focus more details on it

Boss is only dictating but leadership quality's will help putting in place helping issues no the person this no one will understand in company. boss will not understand it. leadership means taking the responsibility on the shoulder as his problems to run the company business or society issues with his capabilities

If your boss has weaknesses in some knowledge, and you can't avoid that. Then take initiative, put the interests of the business ahead, show the level of confidence that will open for you new horizons, this additional experience will enrich your JD and provide the rising power to escalate your scope to a higher level which will give your cv magnificent value. Don't wait for your boss's recognition or appreciation, and always remember that anything you do for the job you are doing for yourself at the same time.. Always discover new opportunities to develop your career, support it with proper training if required and set a timeline for each stage in your career.
