Trabalhar com riscos é desafiador, pois precisamos olhar além do superficial, porém quando identificamos as melhorias que podem ser aplicadas, trás o sentimento que realiza??o. We're so saturated with ads everywhere you look that you have to start thinking differently to be noticed. Social media moves fast and is ever-changing, so unless you have someone on your team who is actively pushing boundaries and trying to break through the noise, you might get lost in it. Celebrate the risk-takers. Don't be afraid to be different.

I recently discussed the concept of 'norms' and how changes in consumer values, mindsets, and cultural shifts can lead to new standards. Recognizing and understanding this evolving landscape allows brands to become catalysts for change. While asking 'what if' unlocks our imagination (inspire to dream), it is equally important to identify the right moment for new standards to take stick.

Aujourd'hui, il existe beaucoup d'outils qui permettent de créer des espaces collaboratifs qui inspirent de la créativité. Je prend l'exemple du réseaux social créatif par défaut : Pinterest. Il suffit de créer un tableau partagé avec ses collaborateurs. Il y a aussi Instagram avec les "enregistrement" pour partager rapidement du contenu. Les outils sont nombreux et souvent gratuit pour avoir des inspirations.

Aprender y aplicar conocimientos de forma rápida nos mantiene a la vanguardia y fomenta la innovación. Invertir en talleres, cursos en línea y capacitación cruzada permite adquirir nuevas habilidades y conceptos, generando ideas frescas y soluciones creativas. Estar inmersos en el mundo del aprendizaje ágil nos ayuda a obtener diferentes puntos de vista y explorar múltiples soluciones posibles, renovando continuamente nuestra capacidad para resolver problemas.

Do we really need to do anything about it? If yes or no Why? Has something been done about it? What is that has been done? How it has been done? How can it be improved further for efficiency, productivity, cost, outcome? When one makes efforts to finds answer to these questions - one ends up acquiring new knowledge, skills, competencies - breaking boundaries, glass ceilings, silos, and goes beyond the BOX. Stay curious to unBOX yourself, and remain RELEVANT.

Na minha experiência, pude comprovar que realizar essa aprendizagem entre departamentos, pode gerar bons resultados. Realizar permutas dentro da empresa, troca de setores, onde haja intera??o com outras tarefas, outras áreas, expande a mente e ainda aprimora as rela??es interpessoais. Aprendendo sobre uma outra área, que na a sua, pode trazer insights bacanas para o ramo de atua??o e seu setor original. E, a partir daí, a organiza??o também cresce com essa intera??o de conhecimentos.

My brother runs a team of 60, and once a week they gather from around the world for an hour+ via Zoom. It's totally optional to attend. There are three rules: 1) mics on, 2) cameras on, and 3) you can talk about anything except for work. This ends up becoming a playful, interesting, and unexpected time (people are traveling, they may be outdoors, there's background noise, there are family members and pets). There's a lot of sharing, curiosity, support. Almost everyone shows up. The result is better collaboration, meetings and brainstorming when they DO return to their desks the following week. He's about to pivot to a new opportunity, and this is the one takeaway he's bringing with him from his old job. I think it's ingenious.

In order to build trust in a safe space <— we give employees and clients a sense of belonging <— bc we nurtured the corporate culture <— which was built on the opinions of the team <— brought together to create the brand. Branding is the string, it’s so important to start with the brand to help shape the way your own employees feel at the end of the work day. That feeling of belonging, trust and connection is contagious to customers! The brand is your backbone bc it is the differentiator in all ways.
