It should be self explanatory. Does everyone look like you? If yes you have a serious problem, because if everyone looks like you they probably think like you do. Look for people that think differently. Some of my best hires were women with a completely different thought process and they substantially changed our problem solving. Your HR team needs to expand their search efforts to find the diversity needed to be successful and you cannot continue to use the same practices every time you are hiring.
