By insisting that there’s no wrong answer. Just because it’s not worked the last time we tried it doesn’t guarantee that it won’t work now. Rewarding people who try to innovate rather than criticise them. People love order and believe familiarity with systems and processes will suffice resent disrupters, these they are the people who will question and insist on doing it differently. Reward the disrupters because they are the ones who are not afraid to look outside the curve and make suggestions to improve things. They may not always get it right but they do have the imagination to try to innovate.

The only secret to leading openly you need to know is "Share your thoughts last". This allows your team to believe that you are interested in their thoughts and builds their confidence as well. Always remember to appreciate them for sharing their thoughts irrespective of what value you perceive of it.

Leading openlyis a cornerstone of fostering collabration in any organization. As a leader being authentic self showcase your transparency and trust building skills with your team. In return, team members will definitely be free to share their thoughts and apprehensions with you on issues at hand. Thereby building a solid trusting working relationships within the team.

Empowering your team requires - Conduct sessions where team members can freely discuss, challenge the established thought process. - Enable them with learning and cross-skilling - Conduct thought-hackathons to allow them to innovate and build confidence.

As a leader never be Mr. know it all or my way is the only way in solving problems. Allow curiousity to thrive within your team on any project at hand. By allowing diverse perspectives in decision making, you are building trust and creating a fertile groung for ideas to flurish, thereby strengthening the creative imaginative thinking within your team.

Fostering learnings is a good value but not easy to enstill. In my experience hackathons bring the team together, removes their set mind blocks, brings the best out of them. And the best part is that they learn without realizing that just spent good time learning through a very fruitful tool and also came out with a good outcome & productivity.

When you allow continuous learning, knowledge sharing and professional pursuit as a leader, you are cultivating a strong reliable team that are trusting of one another. The motivation level of your team members will definitely increased, leading to high productivity and efficiency. Sharing lived experiences with others is the best way to learn and grow. Learning from one another improves collaboration and mental health solutions among team members.

Acknowledgement of effort goes a long way. Identify what your each of your team member does best and acknowledge their skill, hardwork and/or mastery. This enables them to participate more and reduces the burn.

When organizations recognize their employees for good task done, it motivate them to go extra miles in doing their job. Recognition is powerful, in that it acceletrates positive competition among the team. Recognition is a way of saying "well done" "we heared you" and we appreciate you all. A monthly recognition in form of awards to members will booster morales among the employee and foster open sharing of ideas that can lead to new innovations.

I believe in diversity of skills & culture where each participant brings something unique to the team dynamic. I am a big believer of 'devils advocate' strategy where through healthy deductions and counter arguments you can discover in advance the issues or challenges you might face while working on any idea or solution. Every new or different thought always contributes to the success of an idea in some way.

Diversity is a driver for innovation. Diverse workforce brings diverse minds, skills, experiences, backgrounds and perspectives to the table for active brainstorming on issues or problems. Open minded diverse team sparks different imaginative critical thinking skills that challenges opposing problems in the workplace. Diversity is a roadmap to inclusivity and collaboration where everyone working together for a common goal. Respect for all becomes the norms.
