Considero que existe unos pasos idóneos para lograr los objetivos claros: 1. Dirección clara: permitiendo enfocar sus esfuerzos y optimizar su trabajo. 2. Motivación y compromiso. 3. Seguimiento del progreso: permite realizar un seguimiento del progreso de manera objetiva, identificando áreas de éxito y oportunidades de mejora. Mejora de la comunicación: El proceso de establecer y comunicar objetivos claros fomenta una mejor comunicación entre los miembros del equipo, reduciendo la ambigüedad y los malentendidos. One thing that has helped us tremendously to collaborate effectively, is using the same tools as our clients. Over time, I noticed that many of our e-learning clients use Microsoft Teams. I noticed that collaboration became a lot easier once we changed our main collaboration tool to Microsoft teams as well.
