Si no tienes ninguna pista de las necesidades que tienes en la empresa, empieza con un análisis DAFO para identificar los puntos débiles en tus procesos. Asi podrás encontrar las oportunidades de mejora que tienes que trabajar. Si te tienes que centrar en el personal y relaciones interpersonales, o en procesos que implican directamente las capacidades y habilidades humanas, posiblemente la metodología DISC sea mejor para hacer un mapa de los habilidades y capacidades que hay que potenciar. Investiga sobre las ayudas del estado a la formación. Muchos de los cursos y formaciones pueden integrarse en programas financiados por fondos nacionales o europeos que pueden hacer que a la empresa no le cueste prácticamente nada formar a sus empleados. En Espa?a al menos, todas las empresas pueden optar a un fondo para formar a los empleados, que se descuenta de sus aportaciones sociales, y el coste final es 0. Por otra parte, cuando estudies el coste de la formación, no te limites exclusivamente al precio, sino también el retorno que te va a proporcionar. Ten presente que la formación es una inversión. Es posible que merezca la pena pagar una formacion mas cara si aporta mas conocimientos o experiencia que una "low cost".
