For example, in my organization, I have increased the budget for continuing education over the past several years, recognizing the importance of staying current in the technology field and demonstrating the company's commitment to employee development. My approach to professional development depends on the company's learning and skill enhancement policies. I always try to allocate some budget for my training, and sometimes, my employer reimburses these expenses after I complete the courses.

Well when I worked in IT Ops Management, I used setup knowledge share sessions within my team on a Friday.Apart from that used to attend atleast 1-2 webinars every month be it new application, platform, best practices, security, etc and would encourage my team members to join as well based on their available bandwidth. would also enroll for self learn courses on simplilearn or by visiting our company IT vendor sites and accessing their learning portal. following this routine has helped me a lot in the long run.

Subscription Models: Services like Pluralsight offer subscription-based access to a vast library of courses, which can be more cost-effective than paying for individual courses.
