Due to complexity of my line of work, most often of my colleagues only appreciate the transfer knowledge after accepting new assignment. Few excels right away and applies their given challenges. I seldom show appreciation as not to pamper their expectations that they did excel and stop learning. Rewards is given by continuously engaging, connecting and referrals. Though sometimes, telling honestly their failures is just for constructive purpose and not ment for ridicule. This I call maturity criticism in which applies both ways.
