Sit in on interviews and get comfortable asking interview questions. Familiarize yourself with interview feedback and ask questions about it to learn what to look for. Learn how to follow up with candidates, schedule interviews, and how to document the recruiting process. Learn how to use the ATS System. Learn what the offer process looks like and how it is transitioned to the onboarding process.

Exploring these diverse avenues not only broadens your sourcing skills but also helps you discover unique talents that might otherwise go unnoticed.
