As part of communication also adapt Coaching and Mentoring. Take a proactive role in guiding team members' professional growth. Provide constructive feedback, set development goals, and offer opportunities for learning and skill enhancement.

I believe that you can't succeed as an authentic manager if you lack communication mastery. Although there are many ways to improve communication skills, I'd like to recommend the 4A Model (follow me to view my post if you want the full version). 1. Authentic: Be open and honest in all discussions, both inside and outside the team. It also entails staying clear of ambiguities. 2. Active Listening. 3. Adaptable: Remain positive and resilient in the face of any top-down changes. 4. Accountable: setting a role model and making team members accountable for their work. Additionally, avoid micromanaging your communication channels.

A Habilidade em Comunicar-se é, sem dúvida, uma das Soft Skills mais carentes entre os executivos. Há tempos pesquisas mostravam que 80% dos problemas nas empresas devia-se à falhas na Comunica??o. Este número recentemente aumentou para 86%, o que n?o é um espanto. Apesar disso, a Gest?o de Conflitos e Gerenciamento de Tempo s?o outras Soft Skills que est?o entre as mais carentes. Uma está diretamente ligada à outra? Se eu me comunico bem, consigo influenciar pessoas, administrar bem meu tempo e gerenciar bem os conflitos? Será mesmo? Talvez n?o seja o fato de estarem relacionadas entre elas, mas sim ao Autoconhecimento. Quando mais eu me conhe?o e consigo inclusive interpretar "como o outro se comunica", sou melhor Comunicador. Fato!

Leadership Excellence is all about keeping things as simple as possible without complicating it and adopting a common sense approach without any layer of ego. Leadership Excellence is a skill which can be mastered like another skill.

First and foremost, there should be clarity in communication. Articulate goals, expectations, and feedback clearly, and encourage open dialogue and transparency. Empathy is also crucial. Show understanding and compassion towards team members' personal and professional challenges. Finally, maintain a positive outlook and encourage optimism within the team.

I think one should lead by example. Prioritizing your own professional development, stay curious, seek opportunities to learn new skills, and encourage your team to do the same.

En algún punto de nuestras vidas nos convertimos en lideres, pero es fundamental el poder comprender la verdadera función del liderazgo "El servir a los demás" es en ese preciso momento en que tu visión debería enfocarse en trabajar en la excelencia por lo correcto, lo extraordinario lo adecuado para los demás? ahí nace la verdadera esencia de la excelencia en el liderazgo.

Todo buen líder conoce y sabe como afrontar conflictos, e incluso cuando tomar decisiones adecuadas para que le conflicto no siga creciendo, es por ello que la preparación continua debería ser parte de la vida del líder ya que esta le darán herramientas adecuadas para enfrentar los obstáculos del día a día.

Como estratégias motivacionais, podemos destacar a capacidade da lideran?a despertar senso de propósito nos membros da equipe, conectando objetivos individuais às metas do time. Além disso, premia??es e reconhecimentos, também, funcionam muito bem para estimular motivos para a??o dos membros da equipe.

Ter empatia, se interessar e compreender que cada membro da equipe pode ter interesses/aspira??es distintas . O que vejo alguns líderes errando é achar que discursos e encorajamento sobre desempenho e alta performance v?o motivar toda a equipe. Com alguns membros da equipe pode funcionar, mas com outros talvez n?o, visto que est?o mais interessados em quest?es relacionadas a qualidade de vida, benefícios, aten??o voltada para algum aspecto da vida pessoal etc. Em resumo, é importante o líder entender o que motiva cada um na hora de trabalhar.

I believe that the key to excelling as a team manager is to build relationships. In other words, I think people do their best work when they are seen as people first and workers second. I strive to do this by taking time in every conversation to connect on a personal level before moving on to the project. A simple "How are you doing?" goes a long way in terms of cultivating empathy and showing genuine interest.

Other important things not mentioned in above points is creating a culture of trust among team members. Culture of trust is built by both official and non official communication. Placing teams interest ahead of one's own self interest will also improve trust. Other factor is understanding and respecting each other's strength and using them in right situation.

Being a manager is easy. Being a good manager takes work and time! The top qualities that are needed in a leader in today’s day and age are: Emotional intelligence, value for recognition, value for team’s professional growth, aware of own biases, equal opportunity believer, respectful of team’s strengths, time and personal lives. In addition to this, you need to be good at your work and have relevant field-related skills. The worst qualities on top of my mind are micromanaging and taking credit for other’s work!
