What's on the horizon? It important to know this as things are changing daily forcing you to adjust your offering as well as the manner of delivering it. In my country of Jamaica, newly enacted privacy laws have created a new industry overnight with almost daily workshops for fee or for free. Persons were watching this closely and are now capitalizing on it. 3. What is it that you do better than anyone else in your market, community or the world? This is the value you create.
