En mi experiencia es necesario conocer muy bien el tema que vas a desarrollar y a quienes querés dirigirte. Yo comencé de manera presencial y luego en plena pandemia utilicé los medios que me ofrecía la tecnología para acercarme a mi publico. Tuve que asesorarme y buscar las personas que se interesaban en capacitarse en el ámbito educativo y fui detectando sus necesidades. Lo más importante es estar atentos a los que nos van sugiriendo quienes nos siguen, cuáles son sus necesidades y cómo sienten que aprenden mejor. De esta manera pude ir detectando cómo satisfacer esas necesidades de mi publico.
