Know what your personal brand is about, your ideal audience and the topics you excel in so that you can speak with confidence. Your expertise and knowledge will show on stage. 2. Get speaker training so that you know how to structure your talk, how to use body language, tone of voice, storytelling and other components to create an engaging talk. 3. Practice by actually getting on stages - there is no substitute to stage time. You won't become better until you actually get on a stage.

Sometimes, it's hard to figure out what we want to change when practicing. By recording yourself and watching back with a critical eye, you can identify what body language and presentation techniques you want to modify.
