In the past 3 years, i have changed my approach regarding product design. I am mostly followed our competitors and then we found proof of the concept of this and implemented that design. However, the uniqueness of the product does not come through such an approach. If you want to embrace changes you have to take calculated risks in terms of innovation. It is important that if you want to stay tall in the market then you have to be a risk taker. So, nourished this culture in my team and we got some awesome results. We launched 3 new features and 2 features had great outcomes while alpha beta testing. A feature that is not showing great outcomes is also giving some insight into another feature that should be improved in the future.

1. Think Creatively: Don’t just stick to the usual ways of doing things. Come up with new and unique solutions to improve processes. 2. Draw from Different Fields: Look at how things are done in other industries or areas. Bringing in ideas from different places can lead to innovative designs. 3. Test and Improve: Try out new ideas and see what works. Learn from what doesn’t and keep making things better.

Requirement analysis is the most critical part of any project. So, You have to be very vigilant while taking requirements. To understand the needs of the users you always be the "Voice of the customer" in your project through your keen research and analysis. Then align these demands with your system and you will get user user-centric approach.

An example I have seen in my process design roles is , when you have cross functional collaboration it enables you to think from multiple directions as you get the viewpoint/ problems definition /benifits of as-is process of different individuals. Implementation of DMAIC or DMADV for any existing or new process is helpful when all the stakeholders who are part of the process are involved . This can be only achieved by having an environment where open dialogue exchange can take place during cross functional collaboration and as a result a fruitful constructive approach towards transformation of process gets generated.
