When attending events face-to-face you literally have the benefit of getting real time impressions and expressions of the crowd you are interacting with. This involves their body languages, facial expressions and their tones of voices. All these will enhance your understanding and emotional connections with others.

This led me to open new doors with greater opportunities. I discreetly observed both colleagues and seniors at workplace with immense curiosity as I craved to understand how diverse teams react to different situations. I never ceased learning. While staying curious has been my greatest weapon to succeed, along my journey I incorporated it with "be calm and positive".
