Be curious and dive deep. It's not about perfection but finding an insight and going down the rabbit hole. Learn good search skills for Google. It’s amazing what you can find if you dig deep, especially from PDFs, earnings reports and other sources like social media. Your curiosity and persistence in exploring various sources and data points can lead to valuable discoveries that might be overlooked. Don't be afraid to call places and talk to people, too. The worst answer you can get is a no. I've done a lot of research and competitive insights, and when I was new to marketing, it's how I stood out. I become an expert in the world around me, not just our company.

Creating a structure and purpose behind the campaign really paves the way to transfer the intent behind the strategy to your colleagues and subordinates. One that is rock solid, proper execution and monitoring of KPIs need to be addressed and optimised before the next post/step. Its as simple as that. Dont give up half way through the campaign either. First, know who you want to address and how. Second, hit the mark on their pain-point. Third, Rake in the potentials with your promises of a better life/solved problem. Fourth, Become better with the next client. If your campaign doesn't inspire advocacy, then I feel thats a missed opportunity to promote word of mouth marketing.

The more you use these tools, the more you'll learn and improve. And get results faster. But do not let AI do the work for you. Apply critical thinking, review, edit, and enhance. Don't get lazy. Read and learn from others. Take courses, watch YouTube videos, and sign up for quality newsletters. You win some, you lose some, but have fun along the way. Continuous learning and curiosity will keep you ahead in your marketing career.
