Aqui temos uma premissa básica. é extremamente relevante que a linha base do projeto seja a referencia principal, sempre! Isso significa que altera??es podem ser realizadas, mas que exista um "carimbo" na proposta que foi assinada quanto ao planejamento. E aí é que surge o "parametro ideal" de altera??o da variável "prazo". Que ela n?o tenha limite de altera??es, mas que ela n?o se distancie muito, da linha base. Quanto ao or?amento, já é diferente. Quanto menos interven??es e incremento tiverem, melhor. Para os dois casos, quando estes gatilhos acontecerem, a??es devem ser tomadas!

Uma altera??o de escopo, pode afetar custo e tempo. Um atraso do projeto, afeta custo. Logo, todo KPI que afeta estes pilares, se tornam relevantes para a qualidade do projeto.

El éxito de la adopción es involucrar desde el principio a las personas, que van a ser las usuarias, responsables del éxito de la puesta en marcha del proyecto. La capacitación, y sobre todo, permitir su estrecha colaboración y contribución a la hora de implementar mejoras, será la mejor manera de conseguir los objetivos.
