La mejor forma de transmitir los objetivos al equipo es contarlos abiertamente y comunicar que todos somos piezas clave para el cumplimiento de los objetivos. En ocasiones nos acostumbramos a no compartir nuestros objetivos por miedo a opiniones, a no conseguirlos, a que nos nos apoyen incluso a pensar que solo pensamos en el dinero y al contrario, es la única forma de que el equipo sepa la dirección del proyecto. Sin objetivos es imposible establecer unas acciones en coherencia con los resultados que buscamos y en consecuencia no vamos a ajustar la inversión de tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo considerable para poder llegar a conseguirlo. Es muy importante que estos objetivos estén escritos para poder hacerles un seguimiento.

Unos de los mayores errores que se suelen cometer en las formación es esperar hasta el final para recoger el feedback de los asistentes. Y el segundo error es lanzar formaciones después de largas y extensas jornadas a pensar que es lo que quiere el cliente. Cuando la mejor idea que podrías tener es lanzar cuanto antes tu formación, crear un mínimo viable para que sean tus propios alumnos quienes te van a dar el feedback de cómo tienes que seguir impartiendo esa formación. Y este es un tip EXTRA, si tu formación funciona por ediciones, tiene una fecha de inicio y de final, estás opiniones las puedes ir compartiendo con tu comunidad para que en la siguiente edición vayas creando una demanda reprimida de personas que quieran comprarte.

Por ejemplo en el sector del marketing, se tiende a cuantificar únicamente la facturación, pero hay otros aspectos importantes como: 1. La información que has aprendido sobre tu mercado 2. Una mejora en el posicionamiento y en lo referente que eres para tu mercado. 3. La marca personal y el impacto de los contenidos que tiene en las personas 4. La transformación que genera tu formación y cuantos casos de éxitos eres capaz de sacar debido a tu metodología. 5. La capacidad de organizar tu negocio y gestionar tus finanzas. En conclusión tener esto claro hará que tus clientes no solo se centren en el parámetro normal.
