Actual Credibility in a lider comes from integrity, do what you say, be an example and drive results through your team. J The core values for gain credibility in many companies and, moreover, in this new knowledge society is to be a constant learner, humble, close to people, empatic and despite all of that take the hard decision you are meant to take.

Be clearly independent from vested interests and build statements based on data and verified information. Don't be afraid refine views when new information is presented and avoid being dogmatic. Constantly check for subconscious bias or the cherry picking of data to reinforce established views.

As you are master at specific strategic Subject and have complete confidence and command so it is equally important to be vocal about and share through various platforms so this helps others to learn. This also gives you more advantage and satisfaction. This also helps you to become better professional and perfect strategic person.

Networking is key for any thought leader to bring forth their ideas, knowledge and information for both peer-review, and also in front of those who seek this knowledge.

Being keen to ask the important questions, draw the critical paths and generate trackers to monitor the progress of the critical path's milestones determines how effectively and efficiently a team achieves the desired results. Therefore, after establishing the "what?", invest some time in focusing on the "why?" and "how?", research widely while at it and you will make impactful contributions.
