A person with strong hold on ITIL but want to make it into cybersecurity and if they being from a non cybersecuriry background. I suggest to take up GRC as a career where I am sure a person who is aware of IT industry can quickly grab the GRC and their compliance and its a great way they can also be part of cybersecurity if their technical knowledge is least. This will pave a way for them to get into the family and later on take up the other knowledge.
