Yes flexibility is a must do. We are all knowledge workers when it comes to working on IT projects and doing tech development. With that said I am a big fan of flexibility. My team can work remotely work from home or work from office as long as we have an alignment with organisation and project objectives and what works best for our clients need. In this digital era we have so many ways to stay connected. All of us should clearly communicate when am i available to work. There should be at-least 5 hours in a day where all of the team members should be available to collaborate if there is a need to. Rest of the hours we should have flexibility to either start our day early or work during extended evening hours to get everything in sync.
