I feel about outreach as we do not do it correctly at all it’s not just about picking communication channels because not everyone has no communication channels, but it’s about also going to the people and communicating with them and finding people within their community to communicate your message

In my experience getting “unbiased feedback” is a unicorn. The example I’ll use is knocking on doors for political campaigns. I’ve knocked on every door in the neighborhood with more than 70% being closed before a proper introduction to why I’m knocking can be finished. I’ve used targeted “walk lists” with the names of the registered voters who most likely reside there with the “closed door” results the same % but with more conversation when doors are opened and I ask for residents by name (walk lists) We live in strange times. Folks are hostile to strangers knocking on doors.Community Groups on apps like Nextdoor are full of warnings about some “strange man knocking on doors.” Yet, objective remain behind closed doors! Thoughts?
