Technology is the key to organize and use the information for later use in a very systematic manner. Be it planning, co planning, evidencing, assessing or reflecting in the process of learning. Getting to know the right source in technology will help us perform much better.

You must always be as organized and prepared as possible. Plan out your lessons for the week and make sure that it is all well documented. Go to the library in advance and get the books that you will be reading during the week, which support your curriculum. Gather together all of your art supplies in advance, to ensure that you have everything that you need. Be flexible with the time. If you see that the students need more time to work on a project, allow it. You never want them to feel pressured.

When we plan thoroughly, considering all the opportunities and challenges we might encounter during the day, we are also visualizing our plan. Visualizing something is a very powerful way to achieve goals and plan effectively, as it is not just planning—it is planning with intent. Planning thoroughly gives us the chance to differentiate the content and the learning process according to the learners' needs. It also helps us consider the scaffolding opportunities we may need to take on spontaneously to help learners build upon their knowledge and skills during the lesson. Lastly, a well-planned lesson is a powerful tool for effective class management and time management.

Planning is essential. Learning aims/objectives are not just for the students. You must consider, as an educator, have you met these goals? Have your learners gained these skills? How will you know your lesson has been successful? Your lesson plan should be used as a navigation tool- by knowing exactly where you want to go, identifying the most efficient route, and having clear, step-by-step directions, it won't be long before you arrive at your destination.

While planning, keeping the plans in advance and collaborating with the peer teachers and looking into their views and ideas can help improvise the plans. Also have a large scope of flexibility to co plan with the learners.

Detailed and prior planning is essential for a smooth and flawless lesson as it helps in ensuring there is smooth transition from one activity to the next. It also helps eliminate hiccups during lessons as it is at this stage where the practitioner ensures that prerequisite teaching/learning resources are available, they are interactive and cater for the different learning styles of learners. When planning, its of paramount importance that the practitioner anticipates challenges that may occur during the lesson and also be anticipatory of challenges that may be brought about by high ability learners necessitating the need for differentiated/extra work.
