This way, everyone knows exactly what they need to do, and I don’t have to send 20 Slack messages a day reminding them. It has made a significant impact: I simply write the tasks there daily, assign them to whoever is in charge, and remind my colleagues to check the board every day and mark tasks as completed once done.
