I realize it sounds a bit strange, but it gave me a whole new appreciation for the art of course creation.

Never ever shy away from something you haven’t done before. You may not have a clue what to do or how to do it when you step into something new - and that’s ok! That’s how you learn. That’s how you grow. That’s how you challenge yourself and improve your skillset. I’ve had some of the most enjoying and fulfilling experiences stepping into something entirely new that I knew nothing about. If you are smart, hard working, and determined, you fill find a way to learn what you need to in order to be successful.

Travel - enables new experiences, agility, curiosity and freshness. New places = new ideas.

Creativity is a vital competency needed for a leader to grow and have impactful thoughts followed by implementation. Reading thought leadership interviews, articles, expanding professional networks, doing research on best practices of top employers, following mentors and Gurus will expand the horizons for ideas.
