Networking is the process of making connections and building relationships Mid career tends to be a lead/manager of the team when individual has collected sufficient amount of technical skills but that alone doesn't work as alone you can go fast but together we can go long, so you need to identify people you can rely on for your weaknesses which act as support & you can focus on achieving the goals Once you get most of the dots correct then it creates the beautiful picture .

For this you need to identify point of contacts interests etc & keeping those in mind you can put your analytical & logical data around, creating a story It's a continuous learning process, so as you practise it, it gets better & better! & your ideas move from just mere ideas to execution.
