Identificar El que les importa, Como lo consumen y Cuando debo informar permite que los canales se sientan cercanos para mis grupos de interés. Posiblemente lo más valioso este en el que menos pensamos que pueda aportar. La RSC en una junta directiva hermética se quedará en planes y estrategias que mandan a realizar, los canales de retroalimentación y de comunicación harán que la RSC sea de todos para todos.
