In a hybrid working place this is also their reality, so the blended educational approach will match their work reality.

Develop and offer online courses and webinars through platforms like Udemy or Teachable to reach a wider audience and provide flexible learning options. Use interactive platforms like Thinkific or Kajabi to create engaging and personalized learning experiences with videos, quizzes, and discussion forums. Develop a mobile learning app for your coaching services to provide convenient access to course materials and coaching sessions from smartphones or tablets. Create online communities on platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn for clients to connect & share experiences

I’ve noticed that when management coachees are spending time at work carrying out tasks that can be easily carried out by AI, there is an opportunity to highlight this. I have observed that coaching clients are often wanting to experiment with AI especially when they discover that AI can support them with efficiency.

This allows for easy access to resources and promotes collaboration between coach and client. This streamlines administrative tasks, improves organization, and ensures seamless communication between coach and client.

For Virtual Collaboration: Use virtual collaboration tools to track client progress and set goals collaboratively. Share progress reports, milestones, and action plans to keep clients motivated and accountable. Share coaching resources, such as articles, videos, and worksheets, through virtual collaboration tools. Provide easy access to a centralized library of resources for clients to reference between sessions. Foster client engagement and interaction through virtual collaboration tools by facilitating group discussions, peer-to-peer support, and networking opportunities within a secure online environment.

In my experience, if we take the example of online coaching compared to face-to-face coaching, I have sometimes found that sometimes coaches actually prefer to be online, often at home. This brings a sense of ease and can facilitate change more easily than face-to-face.
