I agree with ALL of the above; however, I include a "take-away' to send with my participants after all my trainings. "Take-away" meaning a 1-2 pager reference guide to help jog their memory as to what they learned. Remember, on average 70% of what is learned is forgotten in 24 hours. I make my take-aways designed in a way so it is something they will keep on their desk and refer back to, and, I make it visually engaging with visuals so they want to look at it even when it is not needed.
