En la educación nosotros debemos de conocer las "analíticas del aprendizaje", estas representan las estadísticas de los estudiantes, los cuales recopilamos por diversos filtros, que para mí, es de acorde a cada docente. El docente busca la manera de conocer a su grupo objetivo, esto garantiza un desempe?o exitoso en el proceso de ense?anza aprendizaje.

En el contexto educativo, entre otros, tiene lugar el proceso de ense?anza-aprendizaje. Dentro del ecosistema de nuestra clase, nos centramos en profesor/a y alumnos/as. Ambos deben establecer conexiones que les permitan desarrollarse de forma integral y a su vez, ser partícipes del dise?o, implementación y mejora del proceso. Para ello será necesario formar a ambos grupos en el uso eficiente de la evaluación formativa y sumativa, así como la autoevaluación y la coevaluación, apoyándose, entre otras técnicas, en el feedback. Una propuesta metodológica para favorecer y mejorar este proceso, es introducir, de manera equilibrada, una combinación de las metodologías de Aprendizaje Cooperativo y Aprendizaje Basado en el Pensamiento.

Negative feedback: will help you understand where you are doing wrong and find how to change it.

When we are teacher and teaching students in classroom then we face many types of problem , how we can give best , how we can improve teaching methodology. To resolve all these we take feedback and after taking these we try to improve ourself, to do this improvement in better way we have to set Goal. When we set Goals then give priority to those feedbacks which are essential , or are repeatedly. Try to set goal are always small , achievable , result oriented.

Feedback us a mechanism synonym to reflection of the work done. It is the time to gather data and check for the possibilities for betterment as teachers are eternal learners and it brings no difficulty in implementing changes.

After knowing what's going wrong in your teaching methods. Sudden change is not good. Take step by step Implementation method in each class. To improve the skills in teaching implement practical and activity based teaching methods. Include small games in each class which improves engagement and interest towards the topic. You can visualize improvement in your teaching learning process.

After implementing need to evaluate the process you implemented is helping teaching learning process or not? Get the feedback after new method implemented in class will let you know how it helped students to understand critical concepts easily. Ask you colleagues attend your activity based class let them evaluate your teaching skills.

Finally analysis ourself is too much important so that we know about ourself that we are working in right direction or not we are able to make desire changes or not. For students, analysis is also important after each test and how we improve our score, where we are lacking from others , know about all these and improve according.
