In my experience using a passphrase was an efficient solution, we have this policy for our employees : Use at least 12 characters Avoid using personal information Avoid sequential letters or numbers on your keyboard Cyber criminals research their victims online looking for clues that can help them hack passwords. they will use any clues about you, where you live, your interests, and your family to strategically guess your password.
