Im Zuge der Prozessgestaltung ist es auch wichtig das Optimum anzustreben. Dies ist jedoch nur durch kollegiale Zusammenarbeit m?glich. Hier ist eine Kultur der Offenheit und Kreativit?t anzustreben. Dies er m?glicht es in der Regel Ideen zu generieren. Die Ideen k?nnen wiederum von den anderen weiterentwickelt werden. So entsteht ein Ideenpool, welcher systematisiert bewertet werden kann, um umzusetzende Ideen auszuwerten und Entscheudungshilfen liefern zu k?nnen.
