In my experience curiosity is a powerful tool when it comes to problem solving because it makes you think outside the box, makes yo look for alternative ways , makes you question yourself ‘why’ . You gain more information when you are curious because you will be asking a lot of questions..and you will come up with a solution or maybe a couple of solutions because by then you have also taken into account the results of each solutions .

Instead of simply reporting issues, I actively brainstorm and research solutions.
